Every single photograph of a globe earth has been manipulated, often using fish eye lenses which impose their own curvature on the image. All existing photos of Earth are composite images; a NASA designer admitted that they are "photoshopped ... because they have to be." Lighthouses, visible from boats many miles away, should not be visible at certain distances at sea on a ball Earth using spherical trigonometry. If Earth and its atmosphere were constantly spinning eastwards at 1000 miles/hour at its equator, planes flying eastwards would reach their destinations much faster than planes flying westwards (but they don't).
